The library offers several services that allow patrons to download ebooks, audiobooks, and video to your e-reader, tablet, or other device.

Hoopla

With Hoopla, you can download or stream ebooks, audiobooks, movies, music, and comic books straight to your device – no waiting or holds required. Hoopla requires a Canton Public Library card (if you live in another town, check with your hometown library to see if they offer it) and patrons are allowed 4 checkouts per month. Libby by Overdrive

Libby by Overdrive offers downloadable e-books, audiobooks, and magazines. Libby works much like checking out physical library items – the library owns “copies” of the materials – and you can browse to see items that are currently available, or place holds on items that are currently checked out to another patron. Patrons are allowed 10 simultaneous checkouts. Visit the Overdrive help page to learn more.
