Enter the 5th annual Teen Photography Contest at the Canton Public Library! We are asking aspiring middle and high school photographers to snap and submit photos that they think are award-winning. All submissions will be featured in November’s month-long photographic art show at the library.
This contest is open to all Farmington Valley residents and students in grades 7-12. Please drop off or mail your 8X10 photos to the library. All photographs must have name, email or phone number, age, grade, school, photo title, and photo category listed on the back of the print. Maximum of three photographs per teen. Photos must have been taken within the last year.
The submission deadline is Wednesday, October 26th. Submissions will be judged by a panel of local photographers and artists. Winners will be announced at the reception and awards ceremony which will take place at the library on Wednesday, November 16th. The exhibit will be on display from November 1st – November 30th.
