FREE Drop in on Fridays at 10:30 a.m. A musical story time adventure for little ones and their grownups!
We’re pleased to welcome a special guest this week! Mallory Kokus leads First Steps in Music Classes for the Hartt School of Music’s Community Division at the University of Hartford! First steps is a class for children 0-5 and their caregivers, and this week she’s joining us here to lead a very special Rhythm & Rhyme story time!

We’ll be introducing children birth through age 5 and their loved ones to language, literature, and the library through songs, rhymes, stories, and games. Led by Ms. Heather, Head of Children’s Services at the Canton Public Library.
Parents and caregivers are heartily encouraged to play and sing along, and siblings are welcome to attend.
Stop first at the Children’s Desk for a nametag. Free; no registration required.
Inclement weather policy: If Canton schools or afterschool activities are cancelled for weather-related reasons, so too are events for teens and children at the Canton Public Library. The library is often still open, please contact us with questions or concerns at 860.693.5800.
